To the editor:

Will Morgan is being attacked by his opponent for being against education reform. Nothing could be further from the truth. I know Will Morgan personally and know that he is knowledgeable and dedicated to improving education for our children and youth. 

I'm so happy that our school district was recently recognized by Education Commissioner Alice Seagren for its forward-thinking Performance Pay Plan. We are the 25th district in the state to have such a plan, and our plan is a model for other districts to follow. Morgan was the co-chair of the committee that developed District 191's alternative compensation plan. We need that kind of leadership. Vote for Will Morgan for the Minnesota House of Representatives in District 40A.
