Rachel D. Hyatt, of Appleton, Wis., and Tyler J. Dahl, of Lakeville, were married Aug. 11, 2006, at the St. Paul Minnesota Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. A reception was held at The Whittier Room at Buck Hill in Burnsville.

Rachel, daughter of Raili and James Hyatt of Appleton, is a 2000 graduate of Appleton North High School and a 2004 graduate of Brigham Young University with a bachelor's degree in neuroscience. She is currently a third-year law student at Hamline University School of Law.

Tyler, son of Holly and Kevin Dahl of Lakeville, is a 2001 graduate of the former Lakeville Senior High School. He served a two-year Portuguese-speaking mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He is currently in his fourth year in the Biomedical Engineering Program at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities Institute of Technology.

The couple reside in St. Paul, while they both attend college.
