Frederick W. Berkebile, 66, of Apple Valley, died Dec. 20, 2004.

He was born Sept. 26, 1938.

He is survived by wife, Pat; sons, Fred (Rosemarie), Jeff (Brenda), Kurt (Denise), Scott and Justin; five grandchildren; brother, Harold (Donna) Walker; sister, Barb (Joe) King; and nieces and nephews.

Visitation and funeral services were Jan. 7 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary-Apple Valley Chapel with the Rev. Gary Verzalik officiating. Interment was at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
