Michael A. Gruber, 67, of Apple Valley, died Nov. 2, 2005, from cancer.

He was preceded in death by wife, Jean, parents and daughter, Lori.

He is survived by daughter, Jeanine (Dean) Reder of Orono, Minn.; son, Steven Gruber of Apple Valley; one granddaughter; sister-in-law, Claudia Novak; one cousin and two nephews.

A joint memorial service for Jean (see above) and Michael was held Nov. 9 at Diamond Lake Lutheran Church in Minneapolis. Interment was at Lakewood Cemetery.
