Donna Lee Matakis-Will, 51, of Burnsville, died Feb. 27, 2004.

She was preceded in death by father E.C. "Bud" Batterman and father-in-law Ernest Will.

She is survived by husband Wesley Will; children Adam and Seth Matakis, and Eric and Nicole Will; mother Mary Batterman; siblings Barb Oppermann, Roy Batterman and Mary Beth Terhaar; and mother-in-law Marcella Will.

A March 2, 2004, funeral service was held at Prince of Peace Church in Burnsville, with Rev. Michelle Gawienowski officiating.
